Pros

Intact brand has good benefits and perks

Cons

Managers do not like to do their job. Yet they are always looking to move up . No stability. People are always getting fired. Hr i feel is more for th company. They hr rep on this sit is replying back to the comments saying re our issues we should speak with our managers or um. Yet someone got fired for making a negative comment about intact yet that person never said they worked for intact in the comment. How can u feel comfortable to voice your complaints. Also work load is ridiculous and managers do nothing at all to help deduce Work load

Pros

It's a large organization so there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

I cannot comment about other positions, but as a Claims Rep in Alberta, there is excessive workload. The only way a claims adjuster can be caught up is by putting in extra personal unpaid time e.g. coming to work early or leaving work late. The managers do not seem to care about the welfare of their subordinates, all that matters to them is the stats.

We take this seriously; our policy is to provide overtime pay when extra time is requested of anyone on the team. Employees input has led to many of our customer experience improvements – we don’t want to stop ideas from coming. Thank you for sharing your experience.
