      Be aware of what you are getting into before you commit

      Pros

      Work from home. Work life balance as non-management is good. Collogues are generally good to work with

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Intact sells that they have competitive salaries. Maybe for some roles, but certainly not for Management. Intact is not the place to be a manager. Low pay for managing multiple teams of employees. Some upper managers dont listen to their direct reports and constantly want to make changes without any input. Can be very self serving. Constantly being pushed to move to new roles without having proper time to master current role. To many double standards and inconsistencies.

      Overall good company except claims dept.

      Pros

      A lot of perks as per group insurance, personals days time off, remote working.

      Cons

      Pay is too low for the workload. You can’t provide good customer service because of that. To many phone calls, emails, and messages on voice mail+ too many files per week to treat ( between 40-50 weekly).

      An “ok” place to work.

      Pros

      Great management, great benefits, work life balance,

      Cons

      Compensation is too low. They work you like slaves until you have to go on stress leave, lots of overtime unpaid. Understaff departments in order to save money. Hours are terrible if you get stuck on a bad queue shift.
