Business Outlook
Pros
RSA has always been a good, friendly company to work for. The people are great and are always willing to help. They have a good strong HR process across performance management and development. Comms across the business were improving in the last few years.
Cons
IT is outdated and difficult to get anything done in a reasonable timeframe as it's outsourced offshore. Too many strong and experienced people have been made redundant, leaving big holes in the business and management.
