      Pros

      Working for RSA Motability has given me a great career over the last 15 years. The office is very modern and bright so a great environment to work in. The people really do make this an enjoyable place to work they are lovely and supportive. There are so many opportunities to progress in this company and everyone will support you to develop yourself so you are ready when an opportunity arises. I have had many different jobs over the years. You feel appreciated by the management and your voice is heard to help improve the small and big thinks.

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of is they work load is sometimes challenging but there are enough people to lean on for support so that you alway accomplish targets in time.

      Benefits are good - 35 hour working week, flexitime, decent annual leave Good office facilities and great location

      Cons

      Opportunities for progression from junior levels are awful. Worked unbelievably hard in this job and often it goes completely unnoticed because it is so cliquey here that unless you're best mates with those already in management, you haven't got a chance in hell of progressing. Pay and rewards are very poor; if you do well one year by working your backside off you might get a 3% pay rise instead of 2% which translates to a few extra hundred quid.
