Pros
- strong leadership; promotions make sense, usually based on ability/contribution rather than purely based on years experience; and leaders are mostly really nice/caring/smart people that i love working for! - projects are interesting, it's real data science work - Fair and transparent in most business /HR decisions made - Salary is at least average compared to the market, benefits + other perks are above market - really smart colleagues to work with, Im never dreadful to go to work (almost excited to go to work on most days) - company is in a STRONG financial position
Cons
- Titles can be more 'modest' as you go up (no title inflation) compared to smaller companies
