      Pros

      They think for their employees. This organization isn't just another number. Development is definitely possible here. It really was hands-on training. The amount of money you can make is very attractive but can also be reached. The benefits are amazing. Here they really care about their employees. I and my team love my work. Anybody I 'd suggest!

      It is becoming larger, and with it comes growing pains cross-divisional friction.

      Pros

      Great people, great learning opportunities, they seemed to really care about their employees and their clients

      Cons

      That being said, I was laid off from a team that's clients had not abandoned us for another company. I didn't understand having "Customer Focus" as one of the tenants of the company, but then effectively punishing the loyal client and destroying our team because another client dropped us. I understand its business but if you really cared about the other client you would have left our team alone. Now the well oiled machine we had worked on for years has to start over training people that were on the other business.
