Infosys is a great company to work for. It has international-standard infrastructure and amenities and some wonderful projects.

Cons

Not all projects/teams are good, which is understandable with Infy being such a huge company with an even bigger workforce. That being said, Infy has scopes for improvement in its policies and work culture. Infy still has a long way to go and I wish it the best.
