      Pros

      The work at infosys with customers is interesting and very satisfying. Assuming you can keep yourself assigned to projects that appropriately align with your areas of expertise and career interests (which can sometimes be a challenge) you will enjoy the work you do for your clients.

      Cons

      Infosys' expense reimbursement policy is horrific, business travel for the company will cost you money out of pocket and understanding the policy is not going to happen as it is unclear and even when you request clarification from HR you are given different responses. Expenses are regularly reimbursed only partially and when you request the full amount it is rejected without fail regardless of how logical a business reason. The company seems to have no issues asking employees to travel and stay in unsafe hotels and lose money while traveling on the companies behalf. When issues are raised around HR policy (including expenses) they are frequently completely ignored or met with a response such as "It is very difficult to change things here"

      Flexibility to come and go at any time Its very own campus.. feels like home.. great training Unfirgettable Mysore experience

      Cons

      No management when it comes to building one's own career developement. Salary is low. No performance oriented development or compensattion.
