      Pros

      good work environment and good managers and the opppurtunity to lead the teams at a very early stage when you have good command is excellent.

      Cons

      too much work pressure and no promtions for over 3 years, so it discourages people who have been working for years and freshers.

      Incredible Brand Equity; Great Leadership Team; Awesome Office Campus; Can work at foreign client locations; Mindboggling stock options (till 2003); Emphasis on self-improvement through certifications; Exposure to sales, delivery, process, people; Strong onshore pay-package; strong Fortune 500 client list; primarily responsible for changing India's image in the West;

      Immediate middle management unimpressive; lack of cohesive vision; bottom-line/shareholder-value driven approach kills employees; bureaucracy increased because of size; stagnant career after 7-8 years; company apathetic to departure of veterans; no new wealth-generation schemes; vary defensive approach in taking new projects from new clients; lack of competitive edge when compared to both the MNCs and the India-based IT vendors; HR is not empowered; evolution of very petty politics; offshore salaries pretty ordinary; no Higher Education Scheme Tie-Ups with Foreign Institutions; personal touch not present anymore
