      Good for Freshers only/Cares only about Profits and Brand Image/A Very Average Company over-hyped

      Pros

      Good Infrastructure.Good training for Freshers, if you are from non IT background and want to make a career out of IT. But after staying for a year or so, it becomes very frustrating as their policies start to haunt and torture you.

      Cons

      I personally had very bad experience as my manager tortured me at Infosys. But since it is a big company, joining a fresh project is like working in an altogether new company. So the work environment depends on the project. If you join there, Be very selective and ask project team members ,and enquire thoroughly, before joining any project.If they force you to join, then leave Infosys.

      brand name, ethics, good work environment, job security, good for seniors, work life balance if you are in higer levels,

      Cons

      lack of transparency in promotions and visa processing, non challenging work, lack of onsite opportumites, no respect for indvidual etc.

      Good if you are in senior position

      Pros

      Good place to work if you are in senior (PM and above) position. Good for freshrer since training is very good. Work depends on the project, most of the projects doesn't give much opportunity to grow technically, but if you are intersted you can improve technically since their internal training/librray/Kshop is very good

      Cons

      9.15 hrs per day Sompensation is average. not much scope to grow teccnically resource allocation is not done on skill. lot of policies and these policies keeps on cahnging
