      Good place for a fresher, not for a senior professional

      Pros

      Good for freshers, as they wil get maximum exposure to variety of IT projects. Will help them learn lot of aspects of IT Project Management, concepts, process, procedure, etc

      Cons

      Not a good place for senior professional. Appraisal process is faulty. Company is more worried about shareholders than employees.

      Transparent and caring for employees. Good and free working environment.

      1. Opportunities for Growth are now limited 2. Employees who are there for a long time are the bottlenecks in others growth 3. Too many policies laid by HR 4. Too much and unnecssary spend on Infrastructure 5. Unnecessary spend on a department called as 'Education and Research' where there is no education and absolutely no research
