      Friendly atmosphere, job security, good learning and career growth for hardworking and diligent folks.

      Cons

      Salalry better then other offshore counterparts but should look at the competition from US based companies and increase the compensation package to retain folks.

      1. Good balance between work and personal life. 2. Multiple Soft Benefits, facilities 3. Transparency 4. Good place to learn about Project Management skills but not R&D.

      1. Mediocre middle management & lack of innovation. 2. Compensation 3. Business model does not create value. 4. Loss of identity in work due to treatment of people as resources for revenue generation. 5. Not good for a R&D career 6. Peer's are generally not the brightest.
