Middle management is screwed up - Please have an eye for talent and people having willingness to work. Stop Lobbying Peanuts are heavier when compared to the salary.

Onsite opportunities, possibilities of lateral movements within company, people are supportive, managers do hear to employee's problems (be patient).

Cons

Might seem bearucratic due to the size; too many employees making promotions difficult; offshore salary is lower (complemented by onsite!)
