I was one of the orgs that attracted the best of talents. Great infrastructure and facilities. If you are working under a good manager life is heaven.

Cons

Need to be load, boast and make noise about what you do, else go unnoticed. The new recruits are not up to the standard. Attrition is huge and the best of talents are leaving.

High handedness of HR - they link your attendance, training, everthing in the world and punish you with appraisal scores + no incentives+no promotion No clarify on incentives. No one in Infosys has every solved the CPI, VCPI, IPI mysteries. You cant predict your salary
