Excellent training facilities, but definitely a waste of talent if you stick with it for more than couple of years.

Excellent gym, health club facilities in the campus. Excellent training facilities. Less work pressure. Good brand name. Onsite opportunity if you are lucky.

Cons

Bad compensation. Awful growth opportunities. No flexibility in movement across different streams or development centres. You have to be extremely lucky to get the growth you desire in a pool of more than 1 lac employees 9.15 average mandatory office hours

Pros

Learning opportunities are immense. Facilities are great compared to peer companies in India. If manager is good, very good job opportunity.

Cons

Manager dependency huge, so if they are not good enough managers, things can become very bad. The appraisal is one way, senior can give feedback about juniors only but not the other way round.
