If you joined as a freshers, after a couple of years you will be in a group of peoples searching for other job opportunities. Most of the employees started their carreer with infosys wont feel to stay in Infy after 2-3 years because of the lag in growth with compared to the lateral joiners. Its only good for laterals with 6 - 10 years of experienced IT peoples.
