Good for people who want to enjoy life peacefully without much pay. More facilities given to Employees like Gum, Swimming pool, Sports but do mostly no one get time to enjoy all the facilities

Cons

Difficult to understand company Appraisal system, here it is CRR rating. Mandatory certifications for role changes. Need to maintain average Attendance hours of 9.15
