Onsite opportunity recognition from Senior management for hard working people Safe and secure job Fantastic training facility for freshers

Cons

9.15 working hours even when there is no work to complete No sick leave Variable pay is too much(more than 15%) Poor senior management Very less pay when compared to other employers Laterals are given more hike with higher band, even when they are less experience than us. More Support projects and very very less implementation projects and its difficult to come out of a support project even after two years.

1. Work Culture - I have heard and experience that Infosys is known for it's work culture 2. Training and Development - You can always grow technically strong with Infosys 3. Infrastructure - It is a place to be. You feel being in a different world. 4. Entertainment & Extra-Curricular - You can still have your hobbies grow and get a feel of being in college

Cons

1. Salary - If you are in the same company, it grows very slowly. 2. Appraisal - You really have to showcase yourself, it doesn't matter whether you work hard or not. 3. Hikes - It is very less compared to others. This amount is mostly used for the company's development.

A lot of politics within the company. Upper management not decisive. Low salaries.
