Pros

The lack of department structure allows for lots of personal freedom. When you aren't busy, you can pretty much do whatever you want. When you are busy, you are expected to be on call 24/7 but aren't micromanaged.

Cons

Pay was lower than I have been paid for similar positions. The firing process for consultants who have been on the bench too long comes automatically from a different office / people you'll never meet. It doesn't matter how productive you are for the company, time on the bench is the only thing that matters. It will be considered your responsibility to find yourself new clients; even at a novice level; even during a pandemic. Every American should expect to be transitioned off a project as soon as it's stable. The Indians cost less than you, so you will be asked to train your replacements before getting kicked off your project. As an American, you should expect little-to-no job stability/security.

Pros

Can be a good start if you get through campus. Campus is good. Its where all the money goes.

Cons

They don't work on individual skillsets and just work based on their random requirements. Talent team is doing nothing here. No project is allocated based on your expertise rather it is random and depends on your fate. Mysore People if you think you'll perform well in Mysore and get placed in good projects with new technology , then its a bad news for you. Only maybe TPF(Top Performers) are given limited opportunity. Testing Managers' is the worst group here except for a few. Don't expect them to be open minded and welcoming. They can make your life hell. They did mine. If you want to stay here for any reason, learn to say YES. Otherwise go get yourself something better in life. I assure things will be much better outside. Managers along with their buddy HRs always play POLICY CARD to frighten someone who is asking them for fair opportunities.

Pros

Big projects which look good on paper

Cons

The company is mess. Communications is terrible. 31% attrition rate (industry average is 17%). Political games and back stabbing everywhere because sales cant bring in UX projects. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. There is a constant pressure to relocate to take a job. If, God forbid, you are forced to take this job, make sure you that its clear that you are not going to travel before you join and don't join the DX recruitment group. I was laid off for making the office a happier place to work and for that management got threatened.
