- Have great projects with very reputed clients from the IT industry, helps in getting that great exposure. - Decent work culture. - Chance to learn new things quickly if placed in right projects which can accelerate one's career.

Cons

- Less possibility for growth. - Focused completely on client satisfaction (Great thing for a client), but employee is not given enough growth options as they keep you stuck with that one client and one project till it ends. - Ready to hire new people with higher packages but not ready to increase the salary of a critical resource who contributes so much to the project.
