you can get 100% of increment when you join. less workload. lots of events to enjoy if your not an introvert.

Cons

it doesn't matter what's your techstack is they will map you in any project they found good for you. your manager controls everything. HR's don't respond because they have soo many requests pending. you only get up to 5% hike every year(only if your yearly ratings are good).
