      Pros

      A lot of freedom to decide how you want to develop. Big emphasis on education. First company I've worked for that's paid out at least partial bonus each quarter, normally this is where excuses are made.

      Cons

      Difficult organization to navigate. Business travel approvals are a nightmare.

      Easy start when you are looking for a role office

      Cons

      Over the years is hard to grow, raise salaries aren’t good enough. At some point you have more responsibilities but salary doesn’t reflect that.
