I guess it gets your foot in the door, if you do start at this ****hole, try and dip in the first 6 months because you will never make progress

Cons

Pay sucks, management sucks, clients don't really care about you, I had 3 different time sheets between 2 laptops, everyone is incompetent. I could go on and on

Looks good on a resume and helped me land a better job

Cons

Low pay Most people you work with are in India so very hard to communicate and work together Constant spammy emails Way too many employees, you get lost easily No coding standards No testing standards

Pros

- Easy work for the most part on my contract with a telecom company. - Gained Java backend experience. - Gained SQL experience. - Learned Agile environment somewhat -

Cons

- The contract I was on was a bit of a mess. It's part the contractor's fault and part ours I think since we had such a huge employee contribution to their project. - Massive lack of communication from the team once I had to work from home. - Technologies are quite out of date. Felt like I reached a limit to how much the project would benefit me at some point.
