High salary for an entry-level job. Culture and work-life balance. There are lot of employee interest groups.

Cons

Career growth. Lacks investment in training current employees' skills. Politics and management. Some managers won't let you shift internally to other product teams and hinders your growth. It only builds attrition with this kind of management.
