      Ok pay, not so okay hybrid setup

      Pros

      Pay is OK for entry level, grad from UP. Annual appraisal is higher than most entry level positions. Lots of tenured employees and they are very accommodating.

      Cons

      Still requires going to the office even though we don't have special equipment there. Since a lot of tenured employees, corporate ladder is a bit slow.
