Even though Infor is a global company, I don't feel like a number rather, I feel very much apart of the company with an open door policy. Infor supports their employees in growing and expanding their skill set, upward mobility and much more. As an employee I feel my ideas matter and there is so much to be a part of as far as company culture.

many work remotely but would be nice to have a yearly team meeting in person

I have been with Infor for more than a year and it is a company that lets you learn new things when it comes with acquiring new skills. I have learned new skill set which definitely will be added to my credential. Working in this company has been a favor to single moms like me, flexible schedule as long as tasks and workloads are delivered at the end of the day.
