On time Salary. Lot of work life balance. Easy leave approvals.

Cons

No regular hike cycle. Onsite opportunities are given for favourite people. No identification for hard working people. Old technologies. Hike given for favourite people irrespective of work. (Even we don't when & how many times hike was given ) Few get zero hike. Fully inclined towards female gender. Lot of politics in high level. No even work distribution.
