      Pros

      Flexible hours and ability to work remotely. Unlimited DTO

      Cons

      Executives change every six months. Massive layoffs with each course correction leading to a cutthroat environment. Unlimited DTO advertised, but there is an expectation that employees continually work on weekends and weeknights. Many positions were not back filled with additional responsibilities being handed out to employees already at capacity.

      Low Stress Fun Projects Talented Developers Tons of resources for learning with all the integrated projects

      Cons

      Not much room for promotions or moving up Culture felt very odd, didn't feel like a cohesive workplace Very corporate atmosphere, focus on business rather than employees
