      New 25$ per month paycut if you don't hand over medical records

      I guess it's an okay place to work if you don't mind working for the Kochs 🤷‍♂️

      Cons

      They just introduced a new policy saying you everyone gets a 25$ per month cut unless they sign up for a "wellness program" and let Infor review their medical records to decide if they're healthy enough. If you're not, then you get enrolled in more harassment "wellness programs" Working for the Koch brothers sucks

      Not many pros since Koch acquired Infor

      Cons

      After the Koch acquisition, benefits were cut, salaries were frozen, and morale has plummeted. They may know how to manufacture windows in Russia, but they have no idea how to run a software company. The number of employees who are abandoning ship is astronomical.

      This is a great place to learn from plenty of talented seniors and colleagues.

      Cons

      Lack of competitive compensation relative to rest of market, subpar products and implementation teams that make it hard to compete with other ERP vendors. Overall, this is not the basket to put all of your eggs into. Also difficult to get promotions.
