      More cons than pros

      Remote options. Decent salaries. Relative anonymity as a contributor.

      Cons

      This company has the worst culture. Layoff season was a mess. Instead of laying off people at once, it was a slow burn over several months. It really showed how little this company cares about people as humans. Also, they claimed in 2022 that they hire associates on a range from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, and then by 2023, they were offering associates $50,000 per year, disgusting business practice.

      Genuinely, the only one I can think of is the ability to connect with others.

      Cons

      How long you got? Seriously? The more I’ve learned, the more horrified I’ve become. Abysmal leadership, complete lack of ethics/morality, and absolutely no interest in anything that doesn’t serve a perceived self benefit. Even for consulting, this place is a cess pool of snake oil
