Private Healthcare Chance to learn about enterprise software industry

Cons

Rigid in-office policy: Required to come to the office three days a week with no exceptions, even in cases of injury or health issues. This lack of flexibility and empathy feels unnecessarily harsh and unaccommodating. No growth opportunities: The role offers minimal to none career progression within the department. There’s little support for professional development or internal promotions.

During my period there nobody was ever fired. Salaries are okay. (They are highly subjective) The office is in a convenient location in the city center.
