It’s such a mess that the work from home, vacation, and other hr policies are incredibly relaxed.
Cons
Infor has acquired over forty software companies since its 2002 founding. They have little to do with each other, except that they are related to “cloud” (e.g. The Internet”). It’s hard to be at a company that doesn’t know why it exists and what their goals are. I dare you to Google Infor and find a single mission statement that explains how they choose which companies to buy and synergize. Employees at Infor don’t think particularly highly of the company, and a lack of company focus is a really, really huge reason why.
