Infor Sr. Software Engineer reviews

Pretty old technologies being used. There is no concept of a career path at Infor. Titles are distributed randomly to people who have been just sticking to their jobs. Managers are very much micro-managing everything. Raises and performance reviews do not happen at all. Recent reorganisation has led to departure of lot of key people. Most of the development now involves just patching old applications which have been poorly designed in terms of architecture and scalability. Usage of very old technologies is failing to attract new people. The oldies who are manager just for the name of it are very conservative and do not want to experiment with new technology. This makes things quite depressing and frustrating.

No salary increase, no bonus, 401k employer contribution is 1% which is very poor. No proper communication from management to the lower rank employees. Salary increase is not based on performance. If you have no other opportunity at hand than you can consider working here.
