Pros

Improving product reputation and capability Improvement in internal feedback cycles Decent work life balance

Cons

Continues to struggle with market awareness Continues to struggle with internal identity Far too many initiatives and priorities mostly a byproduct of having our hands in far too many products, industries, and legacy systems Profit guides every decision at the expense of everything else: culture, ambition, product innovation

Merry-Go-Round of Leadership and Ideas

Pros

Most of the people are nice, really nice. Decent work life balance for the most part.

Cons

There has been a revolving door of Sr. Leaders at the executive level. Someone comes in, bright shiny object for a while, then they are out. They bring in all these "new ideas" and when they are fired their new ideas go with them. There is a ton of lip service to building a good employee culture using Koch's PBM but it's mostly just talk. Highly dysfunctional executive leadership team with lots of side meetings and back stabbing happening. Can't get to any decisions because no one can agree on anything. Too many meetings with too many people in them, everyone has an opinion leading to total paralysis. The silence on diversity & inclusion is also deafening.

Pros

Steady job backed by a large energy conglomerate. Zero visibility in the industry if you want that.

Cons

Staid culture, little innovation, faux CEO who a finance numbers guy with no power. Parent company Koch makes all the decisions. Culture feels like 1950s and no new ideas in several years. On the march to irrelevance and no vision. Marketing messages from the 1980s e.g. "software improves productivity".. Feel like old school manufacturing company with people punching a clock but no buy in or purpose
