Pros
After 33 years in the IT Industry, I can honestly say my past 18 years with Infor (Formerly Datastream) have been the most rewarding. During that time, I have worked amongst the most talented and driven people I have ever known. I have been challenged and I have grown and I have been granted autonomy based on mutual respect and trust. The learning never stops. And, I must say the last 7 years with the ‘new’ Infor have been the most impressive to me. I have seen Management Teams throughout my career that provide good direction but the ‘new’ Management Teams at Infor goes well beyond that. Not only do they have great vision, they actually make the investment to provide re-usable components and frameworks that all products can use in their path towards continuous improvement. For me, that’s makes it exciting to come into work every day. There is so much ‘cool stuff’ to be done.
Cons
Infor keeps developing so much 'cool stuff' for my product to adopt, it's hard to keep up - which is a Pro.
