      - Opportunities for Remote work - Decent benefits (PTO, Sick Leave, Parental Leave)

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are virtually non-existent and promotions and pay raises seem to be given based on personal biases. Even if lying is necessary, Employees are encouraged to leave favorable reviews on Glassdoor and other public forums. Employees have been encouraged to create profiles to submit positive reviews and boost the rating.

      Some good people still around.

      Cons

      -New CEO is the same guy that took away home internet expense reimbursement for full time remote employees. I'm certain this is indicative of his go forward approach, to save money for the company however he can, regardless of the impact it has on morale. Example - many were due for new laptops recently, but the new CEO froze the upgrades until further notice. -Salary increases are few and far between. Possible to go years without a raise. Don't bother going the extra mile, because you'll be moved to a new team/manager right when you're up for a salary review and the work will be forgotten. -Company culture is toxic. Everything is a fire drill to make executives happy, with zero focus on long term strategy and projects. -Layoffs are common in the US as many jobs are being moved offshore. Those left behind are stuck with more work. -Communication from leadership is minimal. Haven't heard a peep from CEO in nearly 2 months. This is unacceptable in the midst of a restructure.

      No work stress. Flexible work life.

      Cons

      Doesn't build any real software, so your skills will atrophy over time. Lies to market & employees about what they actually do. The whole company is a lie. It pretends to be a software company but the core business model is to buy dead or dying software companies and milk the maintenance $ as long as they can without putting any investment in them.
