      Toxic Work Environment

      The salaries are exceptional if you are in the right department and are currently the golden employee. Flexible DTO at the time I was employed

      Cons

      Disgustingly toxic place to work. Often was gaslit into feeling guilty about standing up for employees. Incredibly sexist in overt ways. No accountability for top leadership. No clear path to growth. Lucky territories and deals matter more than accurate pipeline and development of a culture. No diversity above Inside Sales organization. Sexual harassment went unaddressed because of the title of the offender or because of how much money they pulled in for the company.

      Pros

      Good benefits, great people, still a corporation. Infor had a huge layoff at the beginning of Oct, and did not give people a chance to go to other departments that had open positions.

      Cons

      Negotiate your salary when you get there, only 2% raises after. Not a lot of job promotion or movement. Older technology.

      Some really good people to work with! Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      No character imbedded in management. throw employees under the bus. Tell customers what they want to hear, and pass in down to lower level consultants - No training -Throw you to the wolves - Does not care about quality of service provided to customer - No back bones here
