      Pros

      Good mentoring strategy to get young graduates on board quickly. Nice international environment and good life/work balance. Flexible working hours and good benefits package

      Cons

      Very hard to get internal promotios. Salary is just average, nothing special.

      I've spent the past 5 years growing, learning, pushing myself alongside come of the best in the business at Infor!! I couldn't imagine receiving the same level of support & encouragement anywhere else so I am so grateful for each and every person, moment and especially the support from the organisation as a working mum of one.

      Cons

      There are a lot of major changes that take place annually and we don't always have the visibility of what these changes mean for our jobs until a lot later than we would like.
