1. Good Leave Policy for women. 2. Good for people who do not have any drive to work. 3. Good for corrupt people. Recently around 30 people (mostly HR) were fired. But still so many other such Directors (in LN development teams) in Hyderabad team having such fun and will happily retire here, doing all that. Not every scam or misbehaving can have a proof. So, it can go well for so many years to come.

Cons

1.Worst or at best Average compensation. 2.Lot of politics in LN development teams. 3.Future for good employees look horrible here. Everything is out of place.
