No company is perfect. Each has pros and cons. The work culture is great. But if you're looking for company-sponsored CBT trainings, certifications, etc. for all your training needs, you may want to invest on your professional development with your own pocket.

I've been with Infor for a year, and a significant concern I've observed is the behavior of certain key individuals who appear to misuse their authority, making the environment challenging for newcomers. Unfortunately, I was assigned to work under a team leader whose behavior towards me has been less than professional. I don't make such claims lightly, but there have been instances where I felt singled out based on my nationality. On one occasion, I was told that if I didn't like the way things were, I should consider leaving the country. I have voiced my concerns to our line manager multiple times and even escalated the matter to HR. However, there has been no noticeable change. In fact, my recent performance review indicates that I'm underperforming. I believe this is a consequence of the isolation I feel, as the team leader seems to show a preference towards European colleagues. I've been informed that I will be placed on an improvement plan, which, in my understanding, suggests that my employment might be at risk. Lastly, it's worth noting that we had two consecutive business analysts who stayed for only a week before leaving, which speaks volumes about the challenges within the work environment.
