      Pros

      Unbeatable work environment with a flexible management, which is close to the employee and is not afraid of being part of the team. A lot of nice activities outside the office like different kind of sports, dinners and other types of activities). Not too much pressure, but perfect support for your professional development. The effort is rewarded with little competitions where we can gain nice prices. Clear promotion opportunities (in a reasonable time) within the department or joining another one. Flexible work schedule and a multicultural team which is perfect for your personal development.
