Pros
Nice location in city center and nice offices. Good international and open team. OK-paid for levels of responsibility.
Cons
No sense of direction and management is detached, both local and HQ in NY. No visibility of future options or working towards a goal: you are viewed as a number and therefore, whether you work really hard or not does not make a real difference. High rotation of people due to lack of motivation. Promotions are mainly done in relation to personal interests of management or due to the fact that a position needs to be covered, regardless whether the individual desires nor deserves the change.
