Good management. They make sure you are paid. They don’t micromanage but that varies based on your manager.

Cons

Your success depends on which industry you are at or what your commission plan(/multiplier) is. Some products are more expensive than others.

Pros

Coworkers were incredibly supportive despite abusive higher-ups.

Cons

These people are huge Trump supporters (they would've voted for him before he even ran). Also one guy in the elevator told me to cover up my cleavage on my first day. I was wearing a hoodie.
