Pros

New management in public sector has actually been working hard at making good decisions. Flexible work schedule if something family\home related is going on.

Cons

Management changes too much. Still older employees from companies before they were acquired that still have issues with being Infor now.

Great Management Good Pay Work from Home Great Hours with low pressure Strong corporate vision following executive level management change Strong products, many best in class

Cons

Somewhat siloed with all of the acquisitions. Promotion is more difficult because the management is so good there is little turnover.
