      Pros

      Good clients and lot of consulting experience. The company has very good resources with extensive skillets in various technologies and functional experience. The company has acquired number of solid companies which have great products. By virtue of this Infor has some great products in different verticals and a great client base all across North America and Europe.

      Cons

      Executive management is pretty confused and there seems to be no clear vision. They have acquired some great companies with great products, and client base. However they have not been able to take these companies further and have made a lot of incorrect decisions.

      Pros

      There seems to be a lot of flexibility with regards to taking time off. There are a lot of opportunities for travel both within North America and globally as well.

      Cons

      This company was built through acquisitions and as such, employees have come to expect layoffs as a regular business practice. This mentality has been worsened by mass layoffs due to the current state of the economy. This has resulted in a lot of dissatisfaction among employees, who only seem to stay because of the prospect of getting a layoff package. Senior management does not do a very good job of communicating their direction, leaving employees with a great deal of uncertainty.

      Pros

      They are flexible when needing time off and we can work from home sometimes. The amount of personal time off is pretty good. My coworkers are great people and fun to work with. They really try to help each other out.

      Cons

      They do not provide pay increases and have stopped 401k match. Layoffs are a regular occurance and done secretly. The management is disorganized and does not provide good feedback. There is no training program for needed skills. The medical coverage seems sub-par and expensive. Long term employees (20+) years have been laid off with no apparent regard for whether their skills and knowledge can be replaced. Management is so concerned with saving costs for their big IPO that they give the impression that employees are disposable and just an expense.
