      Pros

      Nice vacation benifits. Great place to learn and train. A few groups have nice products. Good benifits, lots of people to meet

      Cons

      No teaming within dept or across depts Manage by fear incorported from the top - down Highly political New people have no support No processes in place to get large deal proposals out fast Channel Partner Conflict is really bad Risk takers- not invited Lack of diversity in the sales force Very high employee turnover rate

      Pros

      There is usually an option to work from home. They do pay their employees on time and the benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The pay is horrendous. The company is in a constant state of change and I have personally had four new bosses in 2010. Employees receiving promotions without a salary increase is THE common practice.

      Pros

      Salary is reasonable. Lots of small, transactional deals. Good products.

      Cons

      Everyone is running around reacting to dramas and the latest emergency. It's inefficient and depressing. No real thought or strategy. The only thing that counts are quarterly numbers and the forecasting system is the most user-unfriendly I have ever had to work with!
