      Pros

      Flexible work hours (within reason). Some telecommuting allowed. Overall, good team members - very positive work environment.

      Cons

      Salaries not really competitive (mine) No existing published salary brackets from HR Raise process a bit confusing - doesn't seem to be closely tied to performance review.

      Pros

      Laid back casual atmosphere. BIg company with opportunity to move to different positions.Office is good. The People are cool.

      Cons

      Big company with lots of work to integrate their old products with the existing ones from the new parent company.

      Pros

      Relaxed and friendly environment. You have the freedom to work without being micromanaged. Great pay and benefits. Plenty of time off.

      Cons

      Direct managers should take an interest in growing an employee. Feedback and coaching is essential. Some departments are better than others at growing and cross training.
