      Pros

      Management all came from Oracle so have experience building an international sales organization. Huge product portfolio which has depth and breadth

      Cons

      Coming in from an acquisition, it has been difficult to transition. Though they have had lots of acquisitions, they still haven't mastered the people side.

      Climbing the ladder is S-L-O-W, benefits are nil

      Pros

      Work is easy,, environment is "laid back" stress free, jeans and tees.

      Cons

      Raises are 3 or more years apart and small. There are virtually zero performance reviews. Whatever you get coming in the door is likely going to be your pay for years, trailing behind inflation. Health plan is heavily subsidized, and doesn't cover 100% of anything.
