      Sizable company, big brand, multinational, lots of vacation, flexible working hours, that means working at home even on vacation leaves or sick leaves, or mid-night

      Cons

      Long working hours, lots of gossips, no team work, lots of dashboard review and calls, no training program for some positions. Lots of internal polistics, poor leadership of senior management.
