      Poor Management and Employee Morale

      Pros

      Good benefits, including combined paid time off and reasonable health insurance costs and coverage.

      Cons

      Below market salary, no annual increases, team work is not fostered by management, company vision does not include rewarding and retaining talented employees. Managers spend too much time playing internal politics and fighting with each other to pay any attention to their employees.

      I have worked at a few other places but Infor has been the best job I have had for a variety of reasons.

      Pros

      I am allowed to do my job without being micro managed and the co-workers that I interact with are a pleasure to work with. It seems we all have the same goal. It is also nice that we have regular conference calls on a variety of subjects including on how to grow as a company.

      Cons

      I would like the opportunity to travel a little more.

      Pros

      My whole application took only 2 weeks and the already made an offer. Great company. Work-Life balance is good. Not too much pressure on work. Jobs and deadlines given to you are very reasonable

      Cons

      There's a chance that you will be stuck in the technology you're been using for long time. There are times that I'm bored in the office and not doing anything. Salary increase is okay but not that good.
